Wonderful vista and a great capture of the dusk sky over water, decorated by reflected lights. A visual treat.
The reflections from the bridge and shore light up that area of the canal/river. Your sky looks like it is just before sunset. Since your tag mentioned snow, I am guessing that is the white along the banks. The light is reflected on it, too.
