Photo Hunt - Veterans or Military
The veterans in our family have all passed away. We remember them always and are grateful for their contribution in getting us the free country that we have.This picture is taken 2 years ago, when my son was in the army and they had kind of open house for relatives to come and see their premises. It was unfortunately a rainy and cold day. My son was serving in the transportation department and that day his job was to present to the interested visitors some of their vehicles and tell about their training.

I've been experimenting with the selective focus idea and have tried, among other things, to capture rain. Then it hit me that this shot is just perfect for the theme - heavy rain, drops moving about, focus here and there and a Ford Focus involved in the picture.

Photo Hunt - Painted
This shot is not good enough to show all the details, but the overall look is already amazing. The black part looks like it's really ripped off and the red flames are done brilliantly.
The mysterius greyish net is not part of the painting though but caused by all the lights and whatever reflecting everywhere,

A Metallic Monsterwith a 27 litre Rolls Royce Meteor motor.
I quess this is used in some kind of competitions...
It's beautiful in a strange kind of way though.
And my son had me to put in this additional information:
The Rolls-Royce Meteor (also sometimes known as the Rover Meteor) was a British tank engine developed from the Rolls-Royce Merlin aero-engine, by W. A. Robotham and his chassis design and development division at Belper.
