What happened?
Taking as many fotos as ever, or even more than before... too many to choose from? After sorting through hundreds, all from 2012 and 2013 so far, time to start 2013 from the beginning. Suddenly pictures have names again.
I hope I'm back...

Photo Hunt - Veterans or Military
The veterans in our family have all passed away. We remember them always and are grateful for their contribution in getting us the free country that we have.This picture is taken 2 years ago, when my son was in the army and they had kind of open house for relatives to come and see their premises. It was unfortunately a rainy and cold day. My son was serving in the transportation department and that day his job was to present to the interested visitors some of their vehicles and tell about their training.

On the right is the Finnish flag, the others represent different student faculties or nations or what-ever-they-are-called. A beautiful spring day that was and I managed to capture some of the flags. A difficult theme this one...

Findus is trying to hold my wandering books in one place, it seems that the cooking related ones are his favorite...

Photo Hunt - Painted
This shot is not good enough to show all the details, but the overall look is already amazing. The black part looks like it's really ripped off and the red flames are done brilliantly.
The mysterius greyish net is not part of the painting though but caused by all the lights and whatever reflecting everywhere,
